My stay at Hotel Belair was pretty nice, thanks to the stunning views and friendly staff. The location on the cliff offered amazing sights of the Bay of Naples, which I never grew tired of. However, my experience with the concierge was a bit mixed; while they were accommodating, the advice regarding shuttle services didn't match what others experienced. Despite a few hiccups, I would say the charm and service of the hotel made it worthwhile.
Rooms

I loved having a spacious room with a large balcony that showcased the nice views. The decor blended old-world charm with modern amenities, making it cozy. However, some areas felt dated, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and eager to help, truly going above and beyond in some instances. They even attempted to assist my fiancé in retrieving his lost glasses. Although I had issues with the concierge's booking suggestions, their helpfulness was commendable.

The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, perched high with views of Vesuvius and the sea. While the short walk to the beach was manageable, it was steep and could be challenging. Overall, easy access to local attractions made it a convenient spot.
Dining
7.0
I really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh local produce, and the afternoon snack was generous enough to serve as a light lunch. However, I found the dinner options at the restaurant to be a bit overpriced and not always worth it.
Facilities

The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, and the hotel was well-maintained throughout. Although I didn’t use it extensively, the strong Wi-Fi was a plus.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Belair, characterized by clean accommodations and amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. While the hotel had a charming vibe, some amenities felt a bit outdated and the staff's strictness about outside food by the pool was a minor letdown. Overall, the attentive service and striking views made my experience enjoyable, even if there were some elements that could use improvement.

During my stay at Hotel Belair, I was captivated by the stunning views of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, which truly enhanced my experience. However, there were some service issues that left me disappointed, especially with the pool staff and their responsiveness. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, while the views were amazing, the service did not quite meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but I found the pool area lacking in attentive service, which was disappointing for a luxury hotel. They were not proactive in helping us when we needed towels or service by the pool.
Location

The hotel's location is ideal, perched high on a cliff with easy access to local attractions while being far enough from the crowds. The views from the hotel are, without a doubt, some of the best in Sorrento.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and even cakes. The friendly staff made dining enjoyable, and there were complimentary snacks available throughout the day, adding to the experience.
Facilities

The pool area was beautifully maintained, but the lack of attentive staff was a downside. I expected better service for a hotel of this caliber, particularly when it came to ordering drinks and snacks.

My stay at Hotel Belair was a mix of amazing views and some service hiccups. The scenery from my balcony was amazing, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout my trip. However, I encountered some issues with the heating and cleanliness that left me feeling it could have been better. Overall, I'd still recommend it for the stunning sights and comfortable accommodations.
