My stay at Hotel Belair was pretty nice, thanks to the stunning views and friendly staff. The location on the cliff offered amazing sights of the Bay of Naples, which I never grew tired of. However, my experience with the concierge was a bit mixed; while they were accommodating, the advice regarding shuttle services didn't match what others experienced. Despite a few hiccups, I would say the charm and service of the hotel made it worthwhile.
